PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During busy periods or sales events, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Fast Shipping: Most orders ship within 24 hours of being placed!

SHIPPING METHODS

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS with tracking included.

  • Standard: USPS First Class (3-5 business days)
  • Priority: USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) - Add $4.00
  • High Value Items: Orders over $500 ship Priority Mail with signature confirmation at no extra charge

PACKAGING

Every card is packaged with care to ensure safe arrival:

  • Cards placed in penny sleeves and top loaders
  • Graded cards shipped in appropriate protective cases
  • Bubble mailers or boxes depending on order size
  • Team bags for additional protection on valuable items

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for international orders.

TRACKING

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also view tracking in your account.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may file a claim on your behalf.

Note: KeetsCards is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders.
